Be Positive

How do we become Positive?

Although good or bad, is creative and trends to lead to a material thing that is why we must learn to be come positive. The environment and all the experiences in life are the result of habitual and predominant thoughts.

Negative thoughts can tell us about  something needs attention. So thoughts can lead to discovering
what needs to be done, and one can think positively or negatively to take care of it.

In a cluttered world full of anxiety and stress, it’s easy to feel like we’re carrying the weight of the world in our shoulders. We fill in every line of our schedules and rush from one activity to another. Like a time to rest is the most forbidden activity. Then we ask ourselves why our life is so stressful and hard.

With all the stress that this fast-paced environment we live in, the key is to take a moment to think back and remind yourself of these simple reminders in keeping a positive outlook in life.
It may not finish your task, but it will change how you approach it.

Positive thinking: Reduce stress by eliminating negative self-talk

Positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health. Practice overcoming negative self-talk with examples provided.

Is your glass half-empty or half-full? How you answer this age-old question about positive thinking may reflect your outlook on life, your attitude toward yourself, and whether you're optimistic or pessimistic — and it may even affect your health.

Indeed, some studies show that personality traits like optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being. The positive thinking that typically comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don't despair — you can learn positive thinking skills. Here's how.

Understanding positive thinking and self-talk

Positive thinking doesn't mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life's less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach the unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst.

Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head every day. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information.

If the thoughts that run through your head are mostly negative, your outlook on life is more likely pessimistic. If your thoughts are mostly positive, you're likely an optimist — someone who practices positive thinking.    Positive thinking

Meaning of Life

What is the meaning of life?

-For me the meaning of life is Love. lone everything. Love the good as well as the bad. For me is all processes of growth. To learn and grow from every experience of life. And to love the process that GOD set out for each of us. For God is the perfect designer. Do not worry to death, God is life. God is eternal. Without God life would not exist. Nothing never dies because God is life. their for love God with all that you are. Don't put anything about God.God is the blessing of all the thing, the life that you have now.

Creating meaningful life

"You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life."

-Albert Camus-

"Life is without meaning. You bring the meaning to it. The meaning of life is whatever you ascribe it to be. Being alive is the meaning."

-Joseph Campbell-

"The meaning of life is contained in every single expression of life. It is present in the infinity of forms and phenomena that exist in all of creation."

-Michael Jackson-

"Each man must look to himself to teach him the meaning of life. It is not something discovered: it is something molded."

-Antoine de Saint-Exupery-

"In our life there is a single color, as on an artist's palette, which provides the meaning of life and art. It is the color of love."

-Marc Chagall-

While there are benefits to making meaning out of life, there is still not one definitive way in which one can establish such a meaning. Those who were successful in creating a meaningful life enjoyed benefits such as higher levels of positive affect, life satisfaction, etc. When faced with a stressful life situation, finding meaning is shown to help adjustment.

Meaningfulness in life is intrinsically related to positive psychology's goal to expand the good life for the normal non-disordered person. It is with a meaningful life that one is able to find connections to people, places, things and leave a mark on society, it renders a good life a meaningful one.

“We live in a vast and awesome universe in which, daily, suns are made and worlds destroyed, where humanity clings to an obscure clod of rock.”                                                       -Carl Sagan-

Fulfillment

Fulfillment and Satisfaction

-Is a satisfaction or happiness as a result of fully developing one's abilities or character. The achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted: "winning the championship was the fulfillment of a childhood dream.

Everyone has dreams, however it is a sad fact that we usually fail to act on or work for them. Often, our biggest obstacle is discouragement coming from our own minds. Unfulfilled dreams are often the cause of a life feeling empty or meaningless, while working to fulfill our dreams is often one of our greatest causes of happiness.

Maslow Hierarchy of needs

Assumes that lower level needs must be satisfied or at least relatively satisfied before higher level needs become motivators.

 Physiological needs

The most basic needs of any person are physiological needs, including food, water, oxygen, maintenance of body temperature, an so on. Physiological needs are the most prepotent of all.

Safety needs when people have partially satisfied their physiological needs, they become motivated by safety needs, including physical security, stability, dependency, protection, and freedom from threatening forces such as war, illness, fear, anxiety, danger and so on. The needs for low, order, and structure are also safety needs.

Love and Belongingness Needs

After people partially satisfied their physiological and safety needs, they become motivated by love and belongingness, such as the desire for friendship; the wish for a mate and children; the need to belong to a family, a club, a neighborhood, or a nation.

Esteem Needs

To the extent that people satisfy their belongingness, they are free to pursue esteem needs, which include self-respect, confidence, competence, and the knowledge that others hold them in high esteem.

Self-Actualization needs

This need we may call self-actualization...It refers to the desire for self-fulfillment, namely, to the tendency for him to become actualized in what he is potentially. This tendency might be phrased as the desire to become more and more what one is, to become everything that one is capable of becoming."

Happiness

Happiness?

             - For me happiness is something everyone wants to have. To me I saw my own  happiness by worshiping GOD,through my family, friends,by listening good music, watching my favorite movies, seeing my favorite     k-pop group, by social networking sites like Facebook, twitter, tumblr, instagram and etc..

I ask some of my friends what makes you happy? Most of them says their happiness is his/ her family, friends and some says by playing dota, by playing their favorite sports, seeing their crushes, and the other says they make them happy through money, work etc...

Everyone has there own happiness in life.

  • "Happiness depends upon ourselves."                                                                                                                     -Aristotle-
  • "Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be."                                                                                                                          -Abraham Lincoln-
  • "Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.                                                                                                                       -Mahatma Gandhi-
